Duties: Report directly to the managing criminal defense attorney Manage a caseload, ensuring effective client interaction and collaboration with the criminal defense team Advise clients on their legal rights and prepare relevant legal documents for their cases Attend pretrial hearings on behalf of clients and provide post-hearing guidance on optimal legal strategies Handle court appearances, trials, motion drafting, witness interviews, and legal research Analyze probable case outcomes using knowledge of legal precedents Efficiently manage the workload of cases, ensuring timely and thorough attention to
each matter Provide in-depth legal analysis to clients, backssing potential case benefits Accrue additional evidence to support clients' cases or counter-prosecution charges Prepare clients for depositions, determine essential case strategy goals, and gather information from witnesses and experts supporting client positions Requirements: Minimum of 2-5 years of criminal defense experience Proven experience in handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels Strong team player with the ability to collaborate, assist, and strategize with fellow associates Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications:
