candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload, overseeing a team of paralegals, and working closely with clients on case strategy and legal requirements. Duties: Handle a high-volume caseload of both NIV and IV matters, including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, PERM, I-140, I-485, and EB-1 (EA and OR). Manage and provide direction to 3 to 4 paralegals of varying skill levels. Utilize case management and reporting tools to manage data and information. Perform intake of cases, troubleshoot issues, and establish case strategy with clients.

Analyze case documents and review immigration applications for filing with government agencies. Draft complex Requests for Evidence, motions to reopen, appeals, and audits to USCIS and DOL.

Serve as the point of contact for clients and regularly communicate with corporate clients and foreign nationals on case strategy and legal requirements. Participate in client webinars and on-site meetings as required. Oversee case status through the use of case management and billing systems. Run reports as needed. Work closely in a team environment, providing updates and building knowledge of firm and client processes. Receive continuous training and development on requirements for various types

of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Requirements: Must be barred and legally eligible to practice law in the US.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in business immigration. Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for major business nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Experience in a high-volume practice, paralegal management, and global immigration is preferred. Strong computer, organizational, and writing skills with superior attention to detail. Experience with immigration databases, data entry, and MS Excel/Outlook is a plus. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Benefits: An array of health insurance options.
