Sanford Federal, Inc. is looking to hire a qualified security supervisor to perform inspections and review the performance of the security guards at Fairview VA clinic, West Linn Community Based Outreach Clinic, Portland CRRC VA clinic, and Hillsboro Community-based outpatient clinic.

Qualifications: The candidate must meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the security field. Must have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the security field. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally. Duties: Shall conduct random unannounced

inspections of the facility to review the performance of the guards.

Generating weekly reports, this includes (All routine preventative measures, any exceptions to the norm, and unusual activities. ) Supervise a team of security officers ensuring the best possible service delivery Make sure the security guards are properly uniformed and present a neat appearance. Support and develop team members in the performance of their duties, managing deficient performance as required Enforce the base' policies and procedures on site. Report any performance deficiencies found during the monthly inspections Communicate effectively and respond immediately to any requests or concerns.
