Job Details: · Position: Unarmed Security Guard· Type: Part-Time· Shift: Part-time From 7 AM to 5 PM Friday Only · Location: 305 S. Lucile St Seattle, WA 98108 Job Summary: Sanford Federal, Inc. is looking to hire an unarmed security guard to preform security services at the Seattle Vet Center Qualification: · Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. · Must have experience working in Security. · Must have a Guard Card. Duties:
· Observe all personnel entering the facility/grounds when suspected of carrying weapons, showing hostility, or being unauthorized personnel. · Patrol the areas around the VA Clinic and report any illegal activity, unusual findings, or safety concerns.
Security guards will, at random so as not to establish a pattern, conduct a minimum of four internal foot patrols and two external foot patrols of the Clinic. · Log these patrols in the daily operations Log. · Conduct one final internal foot patrol prior to the close of business to make sure that no unauthorized persons remain in the building. · Conduct foot patrols in accordance with training and direction and notifying the Police Dispatch
