OVERVIEW: EOS Defense Systems USA, Inc. is currently seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) W ill be responsible for the development and oversight of our Industrial Security program. In this role you will manage the corporate CAGE code, assist in establishing new CAGE codes for division or branch offices as well as sponsoring facility clearances (FCLs).
You will participate in the Insider Threat program, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) security reviews, yearly self-inspections, security training and education development and tracking and sharing of information from DCSA to the FSO team. As the FSO, you will participate in the development of corporate security
polices and processes. You will review DD Form 254s and validate clearance information in the Defense Information System for Security and as well as facility data in National Industrial Security System.
This is an on-site position. Job Responsibilities This position will provide development and oversight of all aspects of program security for collateral and Do D Special Access Programs to include direct oversight and management of the contract and site FSOs depending on the scope of the team's product and service offerings. This broad role includes the management of an overall program security posture to ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations and a focus on integrating
security to become a value add an element into all aspects of the operation.
Identify needs and manage all aspects of security services based on risk and the implementation of risk-based solutions across the programs. Focus on superb customer service and customer satisfaction. Contribute to developing improved processes and protocol and implementing new ideas with security management. Implement all aspects of a security program to include Security Operating Procedures (SOPs), security processes, security education, and awareness program, etc. Educates employees as to the importance of security procedures and how the new processes provide benefits to employees and the company.
Keeps abreast of the dynamic industry of security, technologies, and developing threats world-wide. Partner with cross-departmental management to coordinate security initiatives in line with the overall business strategy and an emerging perspective focusing on security. Other duties as assigned, not determined at the time of hire. Minimum Requirements And Qualification Must be a U. S. Citizen with a current/active (Top Secret/Secret - based on issued Facility Clearance) 8-10 years of security experience. 3 years supervisory experience. Solid understanding of DOD, policies, and program security execution.
Solid understanding of Special Access Programs (SAPs). (if needed) Experience in leading a professional staff, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Familiar with the DISS, NISS, ACCS (Scattered Castles - Optional - If SCI required) Information Management Systems, Access Control Systems, and other security-related databases. What You'll Be Doing: Serve as an Information Assurance (IT) support to the Organizational ISSM, in the management and administration of authorization and accreditation (A&A) package processing. This position requires an understanding of IA to tactical networks, systems, security practices, and the application of IA concepts to rapid hardware/software prototype development. Participate, as a team member,
within the backssment of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the coordination, planning, analysis, development, implementation, and enhancement of information assurance programs, policies, procedures and tools.
Serve as the front-line team member to the organization's Authorizing Official team ensuring the dissemination and adherence to IA policies, procedures, guidance, and training requirements. Enforces IA standards and procedures for all phases of hardware and software lifecycle management process and assists in developing solutions to complex problems. Develop and maintain relationships between Program/Project Management Offices, RCCTO program staff, and outside organizations to ensure proper communication, development and deployment of information assurance technologies, products, and systems. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree Do DI 8570 IAM Level II certification (CASP, CAP, CISSP/Associates) 5+ years of cumulative experience in Do D information technology and information assurance practices. 3+ year of cumulative experience in Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) package management. 1+ year of independent experience in all six steps of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle. 1+ years of related experience in Army Information Assurance processes and procedures.
1+ years of experience with Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (e MASS) solutions. 1+ years of experience with using security vulnerability and scanning tools (Retina, ACAS, Nessus, etc). Familiarity with industry information assurance policies and procedures (NIST SP 800-171, 800-37, etc. ) Experience working both independently and as a team to accomplish short notice, high priority tasks directed by senior leadership.
