YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC INVENTORY ASSOCIATE This customer care position typically works at our HVAC office from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and ½ day Saturdays at some of our locations. As an HVAC Inventory Associate, you help keep our customers happy and our office functioning optimally. Every day brings something different as you perform a variety of essential administrative and customer care tasks. Always polite and professional, you promptly respond to emails and phone calls from clients as well as speak with customers in person.
You answer any questions they may have and promote our company as being the answer to their HVAC product needs. When appropriate, you also help stage and fulfill client orders.
