YOUR LIFE AS AN HVAC INVENTORY ASSOCIATE This customer care position typically works at our HVAC office from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and ½ day Saturdays at some of our locations. As an HVAC Inventory Associate, you help keep our customers happy and our office functioning optimally. Every day brings something different as you perform a variety of essential administrative and customer care tasks. Always polite and professional, you promptly respond to emails and phone calls from clients as well as speak with customers in person.
You answer any questions they may have and promote our company as being the answer to their HVAC product needs. When appropriate, you also help stage and fulfill client orders. You keep a close eye on our inventory, helping stock shop shelves and maintaining accurate material counts. If we start to run low on anything, you promptly fill parts requests. You take pride in keeping our customers satisfied and our company running smoothly! Sculpture Hospitality (sister company to A Head for Profits) was founded in 1987 with the aim of helping bars and restaurants realize the profits they deserve. Responsibilities and Duties Beverage inventory specialists travel to bars & restaurants to perform audits of alcohol inventory which can include lifting and weighing kegs (up to 100 lbs at a time), weighing liquor bottles, and providing reporting on audits.
