Job Description The role of Inventory Specialist will be specifically supporting the HVAC installation team with ordering all of the parts, materials, tools, and equipment needed for each and every installation.
To success in this role, you need to have solid understanding of the HVAC install process. We have our standard vendor partners that we work with for these items, but there are scenarios where this specialist will need to source out unique items in a timely manner, so as to fulfill both the needs of our installation teams and
ultimately our clients. In addition, this specialist will also coordinate and oversee the timely pickup/delivery of all same day parts ordering and delivery process.
As a company, we maintain a very small amount of equipment onsite and this specialist will be responsible to track and update the senior leadership team with the regular status of our onsite inventory. Responsibilities Ordering all parts, materials, tools, and equipment for all HVAC installs Maintain onsite equipment and parts inventory Oversee the delivery of all same day deliveries to installation teams Maintain rapport with vendors, and ensure proper pricing is in place Qualifications Strong organizational and time management
