Daily) Inventory Team Process & Priority The Op X Inventory Specialist works directly with Warehouse GM's and warehouse Inventory Leads and/or Inventory Associates on the floor to execute daily lists. The Specialist sets the daily baseline priorities for each facility.

Item Onboarding New customers as a part of customer onboarding Current customers with new/modified items Inventory Onboarding Receiving, storage, and fulfillment strategy for new and customers Customer Facing Engagement Responsiveness to customer inquiries, requests, etc. Inventory-related billing expertise and assistance Receiving Process & Exception Management Ensuring receiving events are completed and exceptions resolved

within SLA Task/Project List Management Populating, updating, and organizing inventory content. MEDIUM PACE (Daily, Weekly) Item SOP Fulfillment SOP Storage SOP (as req'd) Item Data Integrity Ensuring item data is accurate and supports systems and automations.

Ensuring processes for capturing and auditing item data are in place and effective. Inventory Process & Project Management Cycle Counts Inventory Audits & Reconciliations Inventory Volatility (adjustments, variance, investigations, etc) Exception Resolution (hospital, kick outs, etc) Expiration Date/LOT/Item Receipts FIFO/FEFO Dangerous Goods / Food Safety / Special Handling Environmental Controls Packout Process & Project Management

Central PM for packouts between Ship Calm teams (e. g. accounting and warehouse floor) and customer Manage packout process through Ship Calm pm platform Storage Process Management Work directly with Warehouse GM's on optimized storage including space utilization and customer costs.

Assembly/Kitting Process Management Replenishment Process Management Replenishment process - how it works, gaps, FIFO/FEFO, etc. Replenishment performance. Be an active, positive, productive member of the Operations Leadership Team [OLT].
