in their own homes. We partner with experienced and compassionate clinicians to provide private-duty clinical services, assisting clients with hourly shifts (generally 8-12 hrs) and/or visits (up to 1 hour) on a per-diem or long-term basis. We are not Home Health and do not accept insurance.
All clients pay privately for services and expect the very best quality care from our clinicians. Our clients are located throughout Southern California, up to the Bay area, going as far North as Napa County. What We Offer: Competitive rates starting at $85 per hour (varies by client, negotiated prior to starting case) paid weekly. Flexibility. As a 1099 independent contractor, you determine your
schedule, and which clients/cases you'll accept. Potential full-time or part-time cases available. We generally staff 12-hour shifts or visits (up to 1 hour).1:1 In-Home Patient Care.
Finally get out of chaotic, clinical environments and practice care in the comfort of patient home. Responsibilities Essential Functions: Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, etc. )Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure Prompt and effective communication with appropriate
parties (doctor, family, office, etc. ) when necessary Coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client (ie DME, wound care supplies, medications, etc.
)Assist client and/or family with training as needed Qualifications Required Skills, Education and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of California required2 years of nursing experience strongly preferred CPR/BLS Certification Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision or training Must be reliable, dependable, and on time Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness Proof of eligibility to work in the U.
