performance and results to report to senior colleagues Follow internal risk management processes and apply advanced insurance risk technical knowledge to ensure the business is in good and compliant standing and practicing smart risk management protocols Devise communication protocols surrounding operations, updates and changes or special projects to ensure initiatives are well-understood and effective Build an effective internal network of Marsh colleagues to assist with operational projects and delivery What you need to have: 2 years or more relevant work experience with Property & Casualty lines of insurance for Commercial Real Estate Ability to build strong relationships and build rapport with clients and internal colleagues Experience with MS Excel or similar software highly preferred Proven experience in project and/or client management operation and/or account executive roles What makes you stand out?
