You will develop a working patient care plan and provide direction/supervision to paraprofessional nursing staff. Some of your primary responsibilities include: Completing initial backssments of patients and families to determine home care needs. Providing a complete physical backssment and history of current/previous illness(es)Developing a care plan, which establishes goals based on diagnosis and incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. Supervising and directing
