Use your Nursing experience to be part of this team caring for patients in an outpatient setting. You will triage patients and determine urgency of care; provide follow up and education that allows the patients to be in control of their health; administer vaccinations to keep patients healthy and provide all aspects of patient care.
You will be working with an inter professional staff to coordinate care and follow up services. This is a full-time position with the following schedule : Mon/Wed/Friday 10 am - 6:30 pm; Tuesday & Thursday 10:30 am - 7 pm.
