Compensation: The compensation is comprised of a base hourly pay, plus commissions, bonuses, and renewals. Where you fall within that range is all dependent on you. There are different agent tiers, with the compensation increasing generously as you reach the next
level up. There is always the opportunity for growth within the company as we expand. We prefer to promote from within. Job Purpose: Agents manage high quality live transfers or qualified preset appointments.
There is no cold calling. We market in many states across the nation. This role focuses on our clients requesting information on the plans we sell. Your job would be to present the options to them and ultimately enroll them in a new plan that suits their needs best.Traditionally, selling Medicare Advantage plans entails a lengthy process of acquiring your own leads, setting up appointments, visiting clients, then presenting the options and hoping you finally close them. The average
agent typically sells around 95 policies per year. Our average agent sells 40 policies PER MONTH.
Our top producers consistently sell 60-70 policies PER MONTH. The opportunity is there for the right person. We are looking for talented, licensed insurance sales agents.
