Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and administer the non-wage compensation of employees, such as health, retirement, and supplemental insurance plans (life, short term disability, hospitalization, etc. ) Orienting new employees on their benefits packages, and enrolling them in the proper programs Answering exiting employees' questions regarding benefits and assisting them with proof of coverages, filing claims (short term, hospitalization, accidental,
