Follow up with insurance carriers Attend regular seminars to enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients Ensure compliance with up-to-date federal and state regulations Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in health insurance field Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean is a plus Proficient in computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills, attention
