Your Role : As a Product Forms Content Analysis, you will develop insurance policy contracts and related product forms to align with product management's priorities. You will be involved in balancing growth, profitability, and customer experience primarily in personal lines (auto, property, umbrella, and other products). While supporting commercial lines (auto and other products) forms development. Your work : Performs moderately complex tasks. Applies product, coverage and/or regulatory knowledge to determine need for documentation and creates and maintains insurance policy contracts, documents, specifications, requirements, letters, reports, records and/or filings.

Responds to requests from internal/external customers and ensures that customer needs are met. Performs research and gets validation of interpretations of state laws. Identifies and recommends solutions to problems, situations and issues. Works collaboratively with peers in own and other groups to implement solutions. Responsible for small projects and/or tasks in larger projects. Follows established processes and procedures on assignments of moderate complexity. Assignments may vary.

Required Experience, Education and Skills Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant subject or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 2-5 years of directly related experience and/or related industry experience. Strong research and analytical (quantitative and/or qualitative) skills with ability to perform analysis and identify solutions to issues. Ability to define business needs by identifying what is required, by whom and why it is necessary. Ability to understand customer's goals as well as critical business processes and rules to design solutions. Strong adaptability, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Proven oral and written communication skills, including composition, spelling and grammar. Ability to maintain composure and positive attitude in difficult situations. CSAA Insurance Group is an equal opportunity employer. The national average salary range for this position is $77,000 - $86,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence.

The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $69,000 - $103,000. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 7% of eligible pay.
