of the country if the team meets the goal Work Hours: This is a full-time position working on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday Pay Range: Earn an average of $46.00 per hour with base pay, commissions, and spiffs Required Qualifications: Universal or Type 2 EPA certification Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must own basic HVAC servicing tools Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently Excellent multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Service Titan software experience 1 year of residential HVAC service experience NATE Certification
