Conduct oversight of customer accounts by doing site audits to ensure proper preventative maintenance is performed. 24/7 mentality - be on-call and ensure after-hour and weekend service calls are responded to and resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct site trainings at customer locations on proper equipment and chemical use. Oversee test locations to ensure all customer needs are met. Organize large rollouts; work with our internal operations team and coordinate with customers to devise plans
for flawless installations. Install and maintain chemical dispensing systems, dish machines and water softeners at restaurants, hotels, schools and health care facilities.
Act as a change-agent by providing insight on how to improve our chemical and service program. Other duties and responsibilities as Supervisory Responsibility This position will oversee 2-3 direct reports. They will serve as a coach and mentor for service and sales personnel in their given territory.
