to be a part of it! What are we looking for? We are seeking a CCTV/Alarm Service Technician to join our National Accounts team. The CCTV/Alarm Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, upgrading, service and maintenance of CCTV and alarm systems at various regional commercial retail locations across the Southeastern United States with several other regional locations likely.
We seek self-motivated, and reliable technicians who are willing to travel and who are eager and willing to learn and grow. The Responsibilities Upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various CCTV and Alarm Systems. Pulling, identifying and terminating various cables including, but not limited
to, coaxial, cat5 and cat 6 cable. Be able to work independently without direct supervision and be able to effectively communicate to management regarding the progress of service tickets.
Demonstrated ability to safely use various types of man lifts and hand/power tools as well as being able to work from ladders, scaffolds or at heights above 25 feet. Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as being attentive to detail. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times while representing I. C. E. Contractors. Will be responsible for service within a specified area or region based on location. Some travel over longer distances will be required as
work warrants. The Requirements Minimum of 3 years of CCTV/Alarm experience in a large commercial/retail setting.
Service experience in a large commercial/retail setting is preferred. Previous troubleshooting experience with Bosch Fire/Burg Panels and Bosch, Axis IP Cameras is preferred. Previous experience with Walmart systems is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years. Able to operate different types of aerial man lifts is required. FASA -BASA or other state certification is preferred. NICET Level 1 or greater is preferred.
