The Facilities Services Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, safety, and functionality of PCGI owned and leased facilities. This position involves a variety of tasks, from routine maintenance and repair to emergency response, in order to maintain a clean, safe, and operational environment for staff and visitors.
The position provides facilities services to both the Loveland and the Greenwood Village PCGI offices. Major Responsibilities: 1. Facilities Maintenance Perform routine inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance and repair needs. Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Repair and troubleshoot minor
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems issues as needed.
Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair work. Maintain and update records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and service contracts. Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance requests to address issues such as leaks, power outages, or other safety concerns. Perform ancillary janitorial duties, including cleaning, trash removal, and restocking supplies as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, such as fire codes, OSHA requirements, and other applicable standards. Assist with space planning and office moves, including furniture assembly, moving of furniture and equipment, and reconfiguration.
Maintain and order supplies necessary for position's facility operations. Participate in planning and execution of facility improvement projects, renovations, and upgrades. Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for the position. Provide support for security measures, such as access control systems and surveillance cameras. Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and grounds keeping as needed. Requires travel to and from the Greenwood Village office within regular business hours. 2. Backup for Fleet Services Coordinator Responsible for facilitation of required services, ongoing safety operations and cleanliness of the fleet vehicles.
