core responsibilities will be, but not limited to: Be main point of contact on-site during service calls, estimates and repairs Conduct scheduled roof repairs and emergency repairs as needed Conduct roof inspections, backssments and estimates for roof repairs Supervise crew when working on larger repairs to ensure full customer satisfaction Provide updates to customer and team members on status of service Document service (before and after photos), status updates, completion and upload to CRM Address any challenges occurring on the job site and provide timely, effective solutions Monitor and enforce site safety standards and compliance with all local regulations Perform post-work walk and/or
verification with customer to ensure customer satisfaction Willing to travel for training when needed Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years' experience working in roofing a must Previous experience in multiple roof systems and repairs (flat and sloped) Experience with roof repair estimating a plus Exceptional communication skills and professionalism Willingness to learn and be flexible in process and documentation to comply with Dynamic Decision-making skills and ability to self-manage effectively High attention to detail, able to organize and coordinate many moving parts at one time Confident with customer and subcontractor interaction and an energetic and positive attitude.
