Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Minimum of 1 - 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience in repairing & replacement decisions Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance. Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and can communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles. Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices. Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques NATE Certifications are a plus, but not required. Mech I/II license is a plus, but not required.
