Job Specifications: Outlet: Epic Mountain Gear - Park Meadows Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.26 / hour Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Skill Level: Advanced Job Responsibilities: Service and repair customer merchandise according to established guidelines Complete accurate work orders and prioritize work in an expedient manner Determine customer equipment needs, assist in generating sales Provide customers with highest level of service by serving as a knowledgeable resource to customers and co-workers Adhere to all company policies and guidelines Remain current on industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques Maintain all company paperwork according to policy Communicate with store management to achieve a seamless customer experience and maximize profitability Train, lead and manage associate technicians Identify shop supply needs Manage work order flow to completion Maintain equipment and identify equipment proactive servicing needs Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhere to all safety procedures Ensure all proper housekeeping methods and overall cleanliness of the shop is adhered to Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: HS Diploma or GED Equivalent At least 1 year relevant work experience required; relevant work experience within the company preferred.

Basic computer skills with ability to learn English fluency Excellent customer service skills Ability to handle multiple customers and projects at one time Ability to troubleshoot and elevate questions or concerns to management Working knowledge of Snowell or Winterstieger tuning equipment preferred The expected pay range is $21.00 - $23.26. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
