Required Qualifications: 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience Valid driver's license and company-insurable driving record EPA Universal Certification Well organized with the ability to work independently Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making repair and replacement decisions Experience working on light commercial HVAC equipment Advanced customer service skills Demonstrate the willingness
to accept responsibility and leadership roles Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner Read and understand basic electrical schematic diagrams Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Willingness to attend training classes and seminars Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Possesses tools needed High school diploma or equivalent Pass a background check and drug screen Completion of HVAC trade school - desired Position Overview: Service repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems Primarily working in office budlings repairing rooftop units and other light commercial equipment Offering the customer, a high-quality experience Training provided on Trane, Carrier, York, and Lennox equipment, etc.
