YOUR LIFE AS A FURNACE AND BOILER HVAC TECHNICIAN This entry-level skilled trade position typically works 40 hours per week between the hours of 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Your hours will vary by season - September through March is our busiest time of year. Appointments are typically within a one- to one-and-a-half-hour drive from your home. As you travel throughout the central Indiana area, you are a key factor in our success. There is no central shop to commute to, so you leave straight from your own home in your company-provided vehicle to drive directly to your appointments each day. You provide excellent customer service as you visit our customers' businesses and perform a range of furnace services, including cleaning, diagnostics, repair, and installation.
A great communicator, you take the time to explain the work you'll be doing on their furnace in terms that they'll understand, and you patiently answer any questions they might have. You also respect each customer's property, and you make sure to leave their premises cleaner than you found them. You take pride in working independently and contributing to the warmth of our customers' businesses.
