To perform installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air driers, and packaged units.
To be familiar with commercial air conditioning installs and repairs. Tasks and Duties: Run demand service and maintenance calls. Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying
maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. Assisting with customers' queries. Build the value of the services Crawford provides with the customers. Make recommendations to our customers in alignment with the Crawford Services
ideologies for excellent customer service while troubleshooting, repairing, and making modifications to the HVAC system.
Complete all paperwork required by Crawford Services in a timely and accurate fashion as well as maintaining maintenance records as required by City, State, and EPA regulations. Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines. Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep an organized and clean truck/workspace. Job Requirements: Must possess the company core values {Honest, Respectful, Knowledgeable, Client Focused, Profitable, Efficient} Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime and on call if needed. Technical skills adequate to diagnose and solve most HVAC problems.

Must have a class C driver's license and be able to maintain a clean and safe driving record. Must be EPA certified. Must be registered or be able to register with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Must be able to pass drug/background/MVR screenings. Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled environments and extreme weather conditions.
Experience: Four years' minimum experience in a Commercial HVAC diagnostic position, with an excellent customer service history, and/or two years minimum experience in a Residential HVAC position, with the willingness to train for commercial installs and repairs.
