a high-quality experience. Responsibilities : Arrive at the job site at the scheduled time and location as dispatched Complete service repairs as approved by the customer Train and instruct newer service technicians Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times Report problems with equipment to the manager Other duties as assigned Requirements : Valid driver's license and insurable record Universal EPA Certification 1+ years of experience as a residential service technician Excellent verbal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task Ability to maintain organization Customer service skills
