PAY & BENEFITS As an entry-level or experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you can expect a 40-50 hour workweek that is spent installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. In return for your hard work, we pay a competitive salary of $40,000-$70,000/year and offer excellent benefits. Our benefits include health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation, and overtime opportunities.
