We hope to meet you soon! DAY-TO-DAY Our residential and commercial roofing teams typically work 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. As a Roofing Repair Service Technician - Roofer, you are the cornerstone of our business! You are responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of residential roofs. Additionally, you prioritize creating a great customer experience.
Establishing rapport with clients is vital to your success as you complete and sell services. You do what you can to convert repair calls into sales or create leads for our roofing specialist.
When you arrive at a job site, you greet the clients and have a conversation about their needs. Always attentive to detail, you conduct thorough measurements and inspect the roof to ensure it is operable and safe. Then, you efficiently and accurately complete the requested services. While working, you keep an open line of communication with our customers so that they know the ins and outs of every service you perform. Additionally, you make sure to maintain a neat work area.
