Accurate and timely reporting of job schedules, project time reporting and expense reports. Co-ordinates job scheduling in conjunction with material availability.
Develops project synopsis, job specific operation summaries, cost reduction actions. Develops technical capabilities of internal resources, administers all Services required policies including EEO, Safety, EPA, and human resource procedures for direct reports. Working individually or supervise job specific staff on assigned service / installation projects within specific region.
On-going technical training to remain current with the state of the DC power / telecommunications technology base as it pertains to power and services. Continuous improvement techniques to achieve industry leading installation processes, applications and services to expand customer base.
Qualifications: Technical graduate of a two year accredited technical school in an engineering/technical field or four to six years of lead services technician responsibility. Broad service experience encompassing field service and repair, troubleshooting, revenue enhancement, customer relations, safety management within the UPS / Utility / DC power industry, solid personnel skills and personnel backssment. Meet minimum customer specific criteria for projects assigned.
