The Role: Our Call-by-Call Coach (Sales Specialist) directly supports Peterman Team members within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. This role offers the benefit of uncapped commission with a lucrative earnings structure! What You'll Do: The Call Coach is responsible for holding their assigned technicians accountable to the following on every
call: Diagnosing the entire HVAC mechanical system. Creating premium, mid-range, and economy choices for customers.
Personalizing the top option to make it customized and relevant to the customer's needs. Bringing each opportunity to a conclusion -Yes -No - Reschedule. Facilitating the lead turnover from the technician to themselves. Coach the technicians to follow the in-home process. Track each technician's activities during their calls via software. Create replacement or renovation solutions in real-time. Qualify customers for turnover opportunities. Present and sell solutions with tech nician s via video calling software. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need: 2+ years experience in a sales specific role, with a demonstrated history of high performance. HVAC sales experience is strongly preferred. Strong mentorship/leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, & Power Point). Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/goals. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to encourage the Peterman Brothers team.

The Role: Our HVAC Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer,

HVAC Service technicians receive hourly pay between $22-32 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income. to stores on a daily basis as assigned. Perform various preventive maintenance tasks and procedures. Perform repairs to systems. Navigate and investigate electronic controls interfaces. Assist with and perform various preventive maintenance tasks and procedures to buildings and equipment.
Troubleshoot issues and repair equipment. Perform compressor, large motor and component replacement. Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts. Operate equipment, vehicles, powered industrial trucks and aerial lifts safely. Clean and maintain company service vehicles, if one is assigned. Orally communicate with store personnel regarding the proper use of equipment as it relates to repeat
calls and overtime. Utilize company email system to send and receive messages. Properly complete all repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation in a timely fashion.
Comply with all department and company policies and procedures. Assist other skilled trade technicians in repairs as requested. Physical demands include, but are not limited to, high aptitude for standing and walking endurance, sitting while driving to various stores, lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds, pushing and pulling climbing ladders of various types, bending, squatting, and kneeling, and working in different temperatures inside and outside the store. Must be able to perform the essential functions of
this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
