in the heart. What will I do as a Maintenance Worker for The Wesley Community? Complete work orders in the general repair, reconditioning, and refurbishing of the facility, equipment, and systems in use. Responsible for maintaining all plant mechanical systems including HVAC, fire protection, and refrigeration.

Develop preventative maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment. Order required equipment and parts as required to maintain proper inventory levels. Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports, evaluations, studies, etc. and submitting such to the Director as required. Assure that maintenance areas, loading docks, and adjacent areas are

kept organized, unobstructed, and safe. Submit accident/incident reports within twenty-four (24) hours after the occurrence of the accident/incident. Make oral and written reports/recommendations to the Director concerning the operation of the department, calling attention to any situations which may arise which could require his/her consideration and/or action.

Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor and as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures. Perform routine maintenance on all facilities and equipment. Assist in snow removal as needed. Maintenance Worker Requirements: High School graduation or equivalency required. Technical

training in associated field preferred. Five years' experience in related field preferred.

Should possess reasonable mechanical technician aptitude/proficiency and electrical knowledge.
