QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN / HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN EPA certification Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and air conditioning systems Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening Valid social security card Valid driver's license and a clean driving record NATE certification would be a plus but isn't required.

Residential HVAC Technicians with 1-3 years experience in residential service and maintenance. Candidates must have the ability to learn to determine residential HVAC service needs, quote prices, and perform repairs.
Employees must be able to interact and communicate well with customers in their homes and businesses. Candidates will understand residential heating and cooling equipment operation, IAQ, air distribution systems and basic repairs of HVAC appliances and fixtures. Attend training to expand knowledge base and areas of expertise and further certifications expected. All interested candidates must currently be able to learn to troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC
systems as well as install supporting IAQ products according to manufacturer's specifications and applicable codes.
