Successful candidates will have: 5 plus years experience in residential and commercial HVAC service, maintenance or installation Thorough knowledge and experience of hydronic heating systems including boilers and controls Valid driver's license Thorough knowledge of HVAC local, state and national codes 2nd class boiler operators license (or able to obtain) Universal refrigeration license (or able to obtain) Clean background and DMV record The HVAC Service Technician

Paul area. You may drive your company-provided vehicle home daily. Our work is considered commercial, however, it is important to have good people skills as you will be working alongside residents of the properties.
