DAY-TO-DAY This full-time HVAC tech apprenticeship position typically works Monday-Friday from 7 am-4 pm with some Saturdays. As an apprentice on our team, you arrive each day eager to learn from our experienced technicians. While on the job, you pay close attention
to what you are being taught and apply your newfound knowledge in real-time. You perform residential retrofit installations, ductwork, refrigeration piping, and wiring.
You assist our techs however possible, taking the time to familiarize yourself with equipment and proper procedures. Whether you're speaking to a client or your coworkers, you always remain respectful and professional. At the end of each job, you help clean up the work area and gather all the tools and materials.
