Responsibilities: Service knowledge of Trane and other OEM absorbers Will be required to perform preventive maintenance; log machine, pull samples, and add chemicals as needed to maintain optimal performance Perform maintenance contract inspections and annuals Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to cooling water, steam, purge
pumps, and chemical imbalances Knowledge of pump removal and rebuild, replacing bearings, seals, and checking impeller condition Startup and shutdown of Absorbers Retrofit of Factory Chiller Controls Qualifications: Must possess a valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years) Tech certifications and Factory training from other OEM's is a plus Must have a strong systems knowledge of Airside, Waterside and Controls Ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent 5 years' experience servicing Trane or other OEM chillers Universal EPA refrigerant certification Must be able to obtain a TWIC card Willing to work overtime as needed Job Posted by Applicant Pro
