Perform maintenance and repair procedures in accordance with facility policy. Maintain and repair building HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and plumbing systems using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
Perform carpentry and masonry work using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. Monitor automated building management system and modify as needed. Perform minor telephone maintenance and repair. Perform preventative maintenance of building heating and cooling equipment. Program and maintain
televisions with appropriate connections. Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled checks as assigned. Enter information and maintain all required logs in a neat, organized and timely manner.
Erects scaffolding or sets up ladders to perform tasks above ground level. Attend in service training programs for maintenance employees. Complete assignments for all facilities through the prioritization of the work order system. Assist contractors with repairs and inspections. Maintain all maintenance areas in neat and organized manner.
