providing level 1 technical support to customers and engineers working independently for 9 hours at a time in set shifts primarily on weekends and Holidays Expectations: candidate should have a HS diploma or equivalent with some college preferred basic knowledge of PC's, servers, network hardware and their components functional knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Office
