A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A REFRIGERATION AND APPLIANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN As a Refrigeration and Appliance Service Technician, you will effectively troubleshoot and take responsibility for servicing, repairing, and/or proposing the replacement of commercial restaurant appliances.
Such appliances include, but are not limited to, stoves, ranges, ovens, fryers, flat top grills , walk-in boxes, refrigerators, and freezers.
