Maintain a professional appearance Train Service Technicians Levels 1-3 as directed Inform and educate the customer of replacement options following company guidelines Requirements : High school diploma or its equivalent 4+ years of HVAC experience Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record Universal EPA Certification Advanced ability to properly diagnose and repair HVAC systems, both commercial and residential Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
