We are looking for someone with a talent for troubleshooting petroleum equipment systems and interested in a long-term career in customer service. PRIMARY EXPECTATIONS: Communicate respectfully in person and over the phone with our clients and team members Respond to a variety of service calls (including emergency response and after hours when on-call) Participate in a required rotating on-call schedule (1 week of on-call every 5 weeks) Repair and maintain dispensers, turbines, UST tank top equipment, UST monitoring equipment, and dispenser calibration Track inventory on the company vehicle to ensure that you have all the equipment you need to help our clients Assist in managing client expectations through correct judgments, sound decisions, and technical knowledge Following up with clients to make sure they are taken care of Keep up to date on new equipment launches and industry compliance, and participate in ongoing training Work with a sense of urgency to make sure clients are operational and to minimize nonbillable time QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent Experienced with and certifications in Gilbarco, Passport, and Wayne is required, or more product lines is preferred (Veri Fone, Veeder-Root, Franklin Fueling) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a drug test and background screening WORK SCHEDULE: Our Technicians typically work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, opportunities for overtime, on-call rotation.
