Responsibilities: Meet, hold conversations, and provide feedback to clients in backssing clients needs. Provide
detailed reports and pictures on findings at job sites to ensure there is a clear scope of work. Accurately diagnose service calls; properly articulate solutions; execute sales; and perform quality work to remedy service.
Be self sufficient to create inclusive job lists to include all necessary materials and equipment to properly complete proposed work. Complete " Small Jobs" in a timely manner with up to 1 helper. Accurately diagnose warranty issues in regards to faulty roofs, siding, windows, and doors, when safe and as directed. Check on active and completed job sites to ensure proper installation and Volpe practices are being followed. Assist in emergency services as directed.
Maintain a positive relationship and consistent communication with clients.
Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, field staff, company-wide, etc. Regular attendance and punctuality are required. Operates safely in all conditions. Attend and participate in meetings. Collect deposits & payments when required. Identify new ways to deliver additional revenue to production department. Other duties and projects as assigned. Follows company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of roofing/exterior experience required. Versed in pipe collars, flashing and proper roof ventilation. Familiar with using an aluminum bending brake.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid drivers license. Professional attitude and appearance. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
