on repairs needed or replacement recommendations Experience with refrigeration, HVAC, ice machines, gas furnaces and electrical Experience with single systems, small rack systems, display cases, ice machines and walk-in boxes Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, co-workers and management Experience training and supervising new technicians Good organization and time management skills Advanced customer service skills Proficient using tablet / computer for work orders, parts, timecards etc.
