Required Qualifications: 5+ years residential service experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens EPA Universal License required NATE certified preferred Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School preferred Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience making repair and replace decisions. Advanced customer service skills. Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility
and leadership roles. Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
