Job Title: HVAC Service Technician Pay: $60,000 to $100,000 per year. Uncapped earning potential Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime What you will be doing: Provide proper diagnoses on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems Perform routine maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems Complete repairs for diagnosed systems in a precise and thorough manner Provide proper and clear communication on diagnoses/recommendations and invoicing for customer and service manager Provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 3+ years' experience as a Service Technician EPA Universal NATE Certifications or acquire during employment Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making repair and replace decisions Advanced customer service skills Experience in consulting customers repairs and products Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance Knowledge of TRANE equipment a plus!
