if the team meets the goal Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm On-Call Schedule: 1 weekend every 6-9 weeks and 1 day per week every 2-3 weeks Pay Range: Earn an average of $75,000 per year, depending on experience Required Qualifications: Universal or Type 2 EPA certification Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must own basic HVAC servicing tools Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently Excellent multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications: Service Titan software experience 1 year of residential HVAC service experience NATE Certification experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
