part of our team, you will… Major Duties/Responsibilities: Test and deploy web-based solutions within the LMS Respond to and resolve questions and issues encountered in the LMS from users, Training Officers, and managers Maintain the LMS support mailbox and phone calls; respond and resolve issues or assign them to others for resolution Create, discontinue, revise and update training programs as needed Work with customers to ensure that training programs are set up as prescribed Work with customers to establish and manage required reading programs Test web-based training modules for quality and functionality Input training records Review and backss existing records for electronic record compliance

and disposition Maintain legacy training records for ORNL Office of Technical Training per procedures Create, close or cancel class sessions as required Run training reports Support developing job aides and internal operating procedures; review job aids periodically to ensure accuracy and correct as needed Forward requests for LMS Security Role assignments for approval; once approved, engage with employee to explain functionality of their new security role Responsible for updating data and information in the LMS which includes but is not limited to: input training completions, manage training assignments for users, correct data in system when needed, create courses and class sessions for clients Support the LMS System Administrator: create, update, and maintain assignment profiles, and test system enhancements as needed Support Office of Technical Training with backssment and validation of physical and digital training records Ensure compliance with environment, safety, health and quality program requirements Maintain strong commitment to the implementation and perpetuation of values and ethics Deliver ORNL’s mission by aligning behaviors, priorities, and interactions with our core values of Impact, Integrity, Teamwork, Safety, and Service.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business, education, technical, or related field. Excellent computer skills with demonstrated working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat are required. Excellent interpersonal skills and experiences dealing with diverse personalities and background in a multi-level, scientific environment are keys to success. Oral and written communication skills are mandatory. The incumbent must demonstrate a proven ability to meet the responsibilities of this position in a professional and ethical manner and must possess the ability to maintain a consistent work schedule during core hours to meet the needs of staff.

The ability to work on multiple tasks in a limited amount of time in a fast-paced environment and the ability to set priorities appropriately to accomplish multiple tasks are required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or other discipline is preferred. Experience with Success Factors Learning Management System administration.
