DAY-TO-DAY This day-habilitation position works full-time. As a Program Developer with our human services nonprofit, you work tirelessly to support adults who are deaf and have intellectual
and developmental disabilities. You ensure their participation in daily activities, which often include fun community outings and engaging social and recreational events.
Each day, you assist the Day Habilitation Program Manager with scheduling and assigning tasks, always striving to create the best experience for your clients. Your dedication to compliance with required training is exceptional. You prioritize the safety of your clients by staying up-to-date with CPR/First Aid, infectious disease, and de-escalation techniques. Your attention to detail ensures that everyone under your care is well taken care of. Your implementation of our deaf and special needs programs is truly remarkable!

WHO IS EASTERSEALS CENTRAL TEXAS? Easterseals Central Texas began in 1937 as the Texas Society for Crippled Children. In 1949, a small building was dedicated as the Austin Cerebral Palsy Center serving a small population of Central Texas residents. Almost twenty years later, we became the Capital Area Rehabilitation Center, expanding our services, programs, and the persons served.
