company with 300+ remote employees and offices throughout the US, Canada, and Germany. Nature and Scope of Job USDM is seeking a strong Lab System Administrator - ELN for our client.

Primary Responsibilities The Lab System Administrator will be working with a team focusing on managing the ELN application and identifying and assisting in the implementation of process improvements. In this role, you will provide technical, functional, and systems support for the ELN system. Providing technical and system administration for systems used in development, manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance. Supporting Gx P and non-Gx P scientific user communities, including troubleshooting,

system administration, reporting, development, and implementation.

Partnering closely with scientists and colleagues to evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain systems to improve processes, streamline workflow, and increase lab productivity Support the timely and successful completion of the projects. In this position he/she is responsible for delivering technical solutions against project schedules. Supporting methodologies and standards for technical controls, validation and change control management. Qualifications 5+ years of system administration experience in ELN or LIMS. Experienced in developing validation and data migration methodology for global implementation of Laboratory systems & Quality Management systems.

Experience working within a Gx P environment, as well as working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and computer system validation. Experience serving as a liaison between scientists and software vendors. Flexible team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and documentation skills. Good working knowledge and experience in CSV and the Gx P validation process. Strong delivery focus - effective facilitator Must have excellent judgment and strong analytical and problem solving skills Self-starter with a can do attitude and works well with very little supervision.

Education & Certifications University certificate or degree with a minimum of 5 years of related industry exp, or BS in Technology & 2-3 years of exp. Compensation Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 50.00 - 60.00 The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM's compensation range for this position.

Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget. Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
